Dewon Wayne Webb

Dewon Wayne Webb, 78, of Marion, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Marion Health. He was born on December 18, 1947, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to Clyde and Magolyn (Barnett) Webb. Dewon married Patricia Carney, who preceded him in death in 2017.

Dewon was a graduate of Southwood High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1968 to 1969. During his service, he earned the National Defense Service Medal and the Sharpshooter M-14 Award. Following his military service, Dewon dedicated more than 41 years of hard work and commitment to Dana before retiring.

In his younger years, Dewon enjoyed fishing and bowling and was an active member of the Moose Lodge. He had a deep love for old country music and, in his later years, found peace and enjoyment in bird watching.

He is survived by his sons, Jeff (Stephanie) Brodt, Tom (Timi) Brodt, and Mike (Barbara) Brodt; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; his sister, Doris Enyeart; and his brother, Garland (Shelia) Webb.

Dewon was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Magolyn Webb; his wife, Patricia Webb; and his brother-in-law, Bob Enyeart.

In accordance with Dewon’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, Indiana.
