Connie Jo Williams, 76, Fowlerton, passed away in her home at 1:51 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. She was born in Floyd County, Kentucky, on Thursday, November 17, 1949, to Ed and Juanita (Sizemore) Fannin. On September 11, 1967, she married the love of her life, Charles E. Williams in Carlisle, Kentucky.
She graduated from Mason County High School. Connie loved working in her flower garden until her health declined. She and Charlie spent their summers on the Kentucky River.
Survivors include her sisters, Mary A. Gary, Janet (Jeff) Gunnell, Karen Williams, Cora Ann Fannin, Donna Jean Fannin; brothers, Russell (Lisa) Fannin, Hank Fannin; nephews, Jeff, Mike, Josh, Jacob, Robby; and nieces, Scarlett, Shelly, and Linda.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Juanita Fannin; husband, Charles E. Williams; sisters, Wanda Fannin, Janet Blake; sister-in-law, Pon Fannin; brother-in-law, Shelby Williams.
The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St, Gas City, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Connie’s life will begin at 1:30 pm with Pastor Teddy Payne officiating. Burial will take place at Jefferson Cemetery.
