Patrolman Doke Labarr sworn in as Probationary Patrolman

WABASH, IN- The Wabash Police Department is proud to announce the swearing-in of its newest officer, Probationary Patrolman Doke Labarr, during this evening’s City Hall meeting.

Officer Labarr joins the department after previously serving with the Upland Police Department, where he has worked since 2023. He brings with him valuable experience and a strong commitment to public service.

In addition to his law enforcement career, Officer Labarr currently serves in the National Guard as a Military Police officer, further demonstrating his dedication to serving and protecting both his community and country. Officer Labarr has been married since 2025 and enjoys spending his free time golfing and participating in karaoke.

They are excited to welcome Officer Labarr to the department and believe that he will be a strong addition to the team. Officer Labarr is currently on dayshift patrol and will shortly be rotating to second shift for the next phase of his Field Training.
