William B. Nicodemus, 74, of Marion, passed away at 8:47 pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Marion Health in Marion. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on May 4, 1951, to Richard and Maxine (Colsten) Nicodemus. He married Marcia (Briner), who survives.
William graduated from Marion High School and spent his career working for Thomson Consumer. He loved to fish and had a deep affection for animals. A skilled craftsman, he enjoyed making custom knives and took pride in the creativity and care he put into each one. William was a loving husband, a great friend, and truly a great guy. He faced liver cancer and leukemia with quiet strength and courage.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia Nicodemus, and his brother, Shawn Nicodemus.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Nicodemus, and his mother, Maxine Nicodemus.
At William’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
