MUNCIE, IN- Second Harvest Food Bank tailgate food distributions are for everyone who needs them. No ID or proof of income is needed to receive food at the distributions. Everyone is welcome. If USDA foods are offered, recipients will self-declare income eligibility—no documentation is required.
