Keith Robert Williams, 63, of Converse, passed away at 1:01 pm on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in Converse. He was born in Kokomo, Indiana, on Tuesday, October 24, 1961, to Earl and Sarah (Harris) Williams.
After graduating from Western High School, he devoted over 20 years to serving in the Navy, including active duty after 9/11. A hardworking man, working for Tyco for over 20 years, Keith found fulfillment in his career but also cherished his time fishing and hunting when off duty. He had a passion for tinkering in the garage and was an avid collector of coins, precious metals, and other treasures. A lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan, he proudly followed the team since childhood. He also had a deep love for history and old Western films, finding joy in their stories and nostalgia.
Keith is survived by mother, Sarah E. Williams of Kokomo; daughters, Molly (Jonathan Harris) Williams of Kokomo, and Madeline (Jeremy Delp) Williams of Marion; son, Kyle Williams of Kettering, OH; sisters, Roberta (Tony) Myers of Kokomo, and Debbie (Bill) Dunn of Westfield; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by father, Earl Robert Williams Jr. and sister, Kathy Tafflinger.
At Keith's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place at Marion National Cemetery 1700 E. 38th St. Marion, IN 46953 at a later date with military honors.
