Leadership development helps strengthen our community not only for today, but for generations to come. That’s why we are so excited to welcome the 2026 Miami County Leadership cohort and continue supporting opportunities that encourage connection, collaboration, and community engagement.
Last year, through the generosity and commitment of our board members, we established the Miami County Leadership Fund to help ensure this program continues to grow and thrive for years ahead. This fund was created to support leadership development opportunities that inspire individuals to step forward, serve boldly, and make a lasting difference throughout Miami County.
The 2026 Miami County Leadership Kickoff is officially underway, bringing together a new cohort of emerging and established community leaders committed to strengthening Miami County. This year’s class includes 10 participants representing a variety of local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations.
The Leadership program was created to cultivate informed, connected, and engaged leaders by providing opportunities to explore community issues, build relationships, and develop leadership skills through interactive sessions, tours, and discussions focused on Miami County’s future. Since its launch in 2022, the program has continued to grow each year, encouraging participants to become active voices in shaping and serving our community.
