Rayford G. Hall, 72, of Hartford City, passed away at 8:34 am on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in his home. He was born in Pine Top, Kentucky, on Friday, September 4, 1953, to John and Sadie (Anderson) Hall.
Rayford graduated from Carr Creek High School in Kentucky. He worked for many years at Atlas Foundry until his retirement. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and liked going to antique stores and collecting things.
Survivors include his children, Jennifer (Daniel) Wolfe of FL, Betty Jo (Eric) Satterthwaite of Marion, Eric (Kristina) Prochnow of Fairmount, and Joseph R. Hall of PA; grandchildren, Brandon, Orion, Leo, Cameron, Alexis, Peyton T., Mikhala, and Peyton D.; brothers, David Hall, Ed Hall, John C. Hall, Denzil Hall, and Randy J. Hall; plus several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents John Hall and Sadie Bell Hall; loving partner for over 40 years, Cheryl D. Prochnow; grandson, Dylan; brothers, Mason Hall and Douglas Hall; and sister, Heaster Hall.
The family will receive visitors from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral and Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN, 46952.
Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park following the visitation.
