Next Generation: University Art Competition opens at Honeywell Center; on display through January 21


WABASH, IN – Selected artwork for the Next Generation: University Art Competition presented by Honeywell
Arts & Entertainment is on display at the Clark Gallery in the Honeywell Center now through January 21. The
exhibit showcases the talent and creativity of higher education students across Indiana. 145 pieces were
entered, and 61 pieces were chosen to be included in the exhibit. 13 individuals received awards.

The competition was judged by Valerie Eickmeier, studio artist, Dean Emerita, and Professor Emerita at the
Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University Indianapolis. A public reception will take place on
Wednesday, January 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center. Reception reservations are recommended
and can be made by calling 260.563.1102 or visiting honeywellarts.org.
