WABASH, IN – The Honeywell Foundation Board of Directors honored outgoing Honeywell Board Member
Howard Halderman at the November 2025 Annual Meeting at the Honeywell Center for his dedicated
service and impactful contributions during his tenure. Halderman reached term limits as a board member,
having served from 2012 through 2025. During his tenure on the board, Halderman served as Treasurer,
Vice Chairman, and Chairman. Honeywell Arts & Entertainment President and CEO Tod Minnich and
Board Chair Sally Krouse presented Halderman with a framed print of the Honeywell Center from a
painting by Penny French-Deal.
Honeywell Arts & Entertainment encompasses the full range of opportunities of The Honeywell Foundation,
a nonprofit public charity. The Honeywell Board is the legal governing body of the Foundation and provides
leadership and guidance to oversee the mission, vision, financial health, and management of the
organization.
