NORTH MANCHESTER, IN- Daniel’s Place, a nonprofit providing compassionate respite care for individuals with disabilities and their families, is excited to announce its Silent Auction, open now for community participation at Ace of Hearts Charity Casino Night.
The auction features a wide variety of items donated by generous local and regional businesses — from weekend getaways, dining experiences, and family entertainment packages to handcrafted goods and unique local adventures. Every bid helps fund the programs and services of Daniel’s Place, allowing caregivers to take a much-needed break while their loved ones enjoy a safe, welcoming environment.
“Each auction item represents an opportunity to make a real difference,” said Cheryl Working, Founder of Daniel’s Place. “When you bid, you’re not just winning a prize — you’re helping create moments of rest, joy, and connection for families who need it most.”
The Silent Auction is part of Daniel’s Place’s annual Ace of Hearts: Casino Night Gala, which will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the REMC Community Room in Wabash. Bidding is open online leading up to and during the event, with proceeds directly supporting respite programming and family care services throughout Northeast Indiana.
