WABASH, IN– Honeywell Arts Academy will host dedicated musicians from across the world during a series of three live performances in Wabash this June. Tickets for the three performances go on sale Friday, November 14, at 10 a.m. and will be available online at honeywellartsacademy.org or by calling the Honeywell Box Office at 260.563.1102. Honeywell Arts Academy programming is presented by Honeywell Arts & Entertainment.
Honeywell Arts Academy is comprised of a summer intensive program and year-round support for emerging musicians. Led by Artistic Director Ranaan Meyer of the GRAMMY-winning group Time for Three and world-renowned faculty, the summer program takes place in June and culminates in live performances featuring participants and faculty.
“Each summer, Honeywell Arts Academy becomes a space where creativity knows no bounds,” said Ranaan Meyer, Artistic Director of Honeywell Arts Academy. “These performances are the culmination of collaboration between extraordinary artists who challenge, inspire, and uplift one another. The result is music that transcends genre and sparks genuine human connection—proof of what’s possible when artistry and community meet.”
Wabass Live – Thurs., June 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Wabass scholars will dazzle you with the double bass. Faculty mentors Eric Larson, Ranaan Meyer, and Hal Robinson curate a wonderful evening of musicianship and personality. Concluding the performance, guests are invited to a meet and greet reception to mingle with the artists and faculty mentors. All seats are $25.
Soundboard Live – Fri., June 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Honeywell Center
Soundboard scholars are international pianists with a focus on standard repertoire. Soundboard is led by faculty mentors Matti Raekaillo and Peter Dugan as they stretch these classically trained musicians' boundaries to include jazz, funk, and more. Concluding the performance, guests are invited to a meet and greet reception to mingle with the artists and faculty mentors. All seats are $25.
Resonance Live – Sat., June 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Eagles Theatre
Resonance scholars are at the intersection of the pristine technical training of classical musicians and cross-genre fluidity, resulting in an indescribable musical experience. Resonance features faculty mentors Pianist Peter Dugan and members of the GRAMMY-winning trio Time for Three - Nicolas Kendall, Charles Yang, and Ranaan Meyer. Concluding the performance, guests are invited to a meet and greet reception to mingle with the artists and faculty mentors. Tickets start at $10.
In addition to the June performances in Wabash, audiences can experience the Honeywell Arts Academy Concert Series throughout the 2025-26 season. Featuring Academy alumni performing in both Indianapolis and Wabash, the series highlights the continued growth and impact of the Academy’s mission year-round.
“The Concert Series is where we see the long-term impact of the Academy in motion,” said Emily Meyer, Program Director of Honeywell Arts Academy. “These artists return not only as performers, but as ambassadors of the creative community they helped build. It’s inspiring to see how their experiences in Wabash continue to shape their artistry and reach new audiences.”
