WABASH COUNTY, IN- Jay D. Vigar, 45, of Wabash County, IN was found guilty of Intimidation, a Level 6 Felony, on October 29, 2025, in the Wabash Superior Court following a two-day jury trial. The same jury found Mr. Vigar not guilty of Resisting Law Enforcement, a Class A Misdemeanor. The case has been set for sentencing on November 24, 2025.
