Stella Rose Smith, stillborn daughter of Richard Dale Smith and Alexandria Lavon Polson, died Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Richard Dale Smith, and Alexandria Lavon Polson; siblings, Malorie Lucas, Maddelyn Polson, Mariana Polson, Jayden Miller, Jayce Miller, all of Wabash. Grandmothers, Lucinda Warren of Wabash, and Rhonda Smith of Muncie, Indiana, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Smith.
Services will be private. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service.
