WABASH COUNTY, IN- On Monday, September 8th, 2025, at approximately 11:45am, the Wabash County Sheriff's Office investigated a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of SR 15 and SR 16. Brian Holland, 33, of Swayzee, IN, was traveling eastbound on SR 16, failed to yield for the stop sign at the intersection of SR 15. Holland's vehicle then collided with a semi traveling southbound on SR 15, driven by Wyatt Clark of Columbia City, IN. Holland was transported by Lutheran Air from the scene to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, and then later transported to a hospital in Indianapolis where he remains in critical condition. Clark was transported from the scene to Parkview Wabash Hospital for minor injuries, where he was treated and released.
The crash is still under investigation by the Wabash County Sheriff's Office.
