Danny R. Sharp, 72, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 3:48 pm, Friday, September 5, 2025, at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Wabash. He was born on March 1, 1953, in Wabash, Indiana, to Charles E. Sharp and Ruth (Reiken) Calhoun.
Danny married Joyce Ann Correll in Miami, Oklahoma on September 8, 1984; she died November 12, 2018. He attended Grace Fellowship Church in Wabash. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to festivals.
He is survived by his brother and sisters, Steve Sharp and Barbara (Garrett) Jackson both of Roann, Indiana, and Sherry (Doug Kline) Meyer of North Manchester, Indiana. He was also preceded in death by his parents, sister Cindy Sharp, and sister-in-law Sulee (Young) Sharp.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with J.P. Freeman officiating. Friends may call 10:00 - 11:00 am, Thursday, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Servia at a later date.
Preferred memorial is American Heart Association.
