Beverly “June” Green

Beverly “June” Green, 88, passed away at 7:21 am on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Wellbrooke of Kokomo.  She was born in Grant County, Indiana, on October 9, 1936, to Paul Henry and Delores Annabel (Brumfiel) Crandall.  On October 16, 1955, she married the love of her life, William Green. June graduated from Converse High School in 1955.  She worked a variety of jobs, but her priority was always supporting Bill as a farm wife and being there for her children. She was an active member of Converse United Methodist Church.  June loved all things family, art, and Jesus.  Creative mind flowing, she loved to crochet, paint, and color.  Her heart was bigger than the moon.  She held many hands and had phone calls and conversations with her favorite people whenever she could.  She was so proud of her family’s accomplishments and bragged to anyone who would listen.  June’s love extended to not only her family, but to her friends and caregivers as well. Survivors include her four children, Bruce (Robbin) Green of Amboy, Jay (Jayne) Green of Rocky Point, NC, Karen Lamb of Jalapa, and Linda (Anthony) Beeson of Maineville, OH; ten grandchildren, Jennifer Green of Peru, Brice Lamb of Jalapa, Lee (Denae) Green of Converse, Brandon Lamb of Jalapa, Abby (Scott) Groover of Amboy, Angie (Ean) Armstrong of Amboy, Aaron (Nicole) Beeson of Bloomington, Paul (Jennifer) Beeson of Cincinnati, OH, Adam Beeson of Cincinnati, OH, and Benjamin Beeson of Fairborn, OH; and ten great-grandchildren, Gracie, John, Gibson, Lily, Cooper, Marshall, Rory, Calvin, Chyanne, and Riley. . She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill; brother-in-law, Thomas Green; brother, Richard Crandall; and son-in-law, DeWayne Lamb. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Converse Methodist Church/Converse Historical Society, 109 E. Wabash St., Converse, IN. Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate June's life will begin at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place at Mississinewa Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
