Douglas "Doogie" Jay Steller, 35, of Huntington, Indiana, died on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on March 31, 1990, in Wabash, Indiana, to Belinda (Steller) Tackett.
Doogie was a lineman for QC Communications in Wabash. He loved his job, and his coworkers. Doogie was an outdoorsman and enjoyed camping, but above all else, loved doing things with his kids and family.
He is survived by his mother, Belinda Tackett of Roann, four children, Martha Steller, Paul Steller, and Margaret Steller, all of Wabash, and Tobias Steller of Roann, Indiana; sister, Kaitlyn (Matthew) Compton of North Manchester, Indiana; brother, Collen Webb of Reidsville, North Carolina, grandmother, Becky Vigar, of Roann, and significant other, Annalise Niswander, of Huntington.
There will be a private family memorial service at a later date. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
