Grant County investigation leads to drug arrests
GRANT COUNTY, IN- On May 20, 2025, JEAN Team Drug Task Force, along with Grant County Sheriff’s Office, and Marion Police Department ERT, conducted an investigation with the dealing of illegal narcotics. During the investigation a search warrant was obtained for the residence of 124 N. E. Street in Marion.
Tracey Oxendine, Age 40 was transported back to the Grant County Jail and charged with the following:
Count 1: Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver, Level 2 Felony
Count 2: Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver, Level 3 Felony
Count 3: Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver, Level 4 Felony
Count 4: Dealing in Methamphetamine, Level 2 Felony
Count 5: Dealing in a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Level 3 Felony
Count 6: Possession of a Legend Drug, Level 6 Felony
Count 7: Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony
Count 8: Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
Count 9: Possession of Marijuana, Class A Misdemeanor
Tyrell Lenior, Age 35 was transported to the Grant County Jail and charged with the following:
Count 1: Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver, Level 2 Felony
Count 2: Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver, Level 3 Felony
Count 3: Dealing in Methamphetamine, Level 2 Felony
Count 4: Dealing in a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Level 3 Felony
Count 5: Possession of a Legend Drug, Level 6 Felony
Count 6: Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Level 6 Felony
Count 7: Possession of Paraphernalia, Class A Misdemeanor
Count 8: Possession of Marijuana, Class A Misdemeanor
During the investigation Detectives seized approximately 10.9 grams of Marijuana, 7.1 grams of Hydrocodone Pills, 12.2 grams of Fentanyl, 32.9 grams of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl Pills (M30) 1.7 grams, 12.4 grams of Legend Drugs/Pills, packaging material, scales, drug paraphernalia.
