Crossroads Bank promotes Ben Ogden to AVP, Agricultural and Commercial Lender

WABASH COUNTY, IN- Crossroads Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ben Ogden to Assistant Vice President, Agricultural and Commercial Lender. Ben began his career with Crossroads Bank in 2021 as a Credit Analyst and was promoted to Credit Analyst Officer in 2023. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to serving our customers will make him a valuable member of our lending team. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management from Manchester University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Saint Francis. Before joining the banking industry, he spent several years in education as a Business Teacher and Tennis Coach at Whitko and Huntington County Community Schools. He also held roles at Manchester University in marketing, payroll, and HR.
