Kenneth “Ken” Stephan Grover, 75, of Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent in Kokomo. He was born in Harvard, Illinois, on January 23, 1950, to Russell and Helen (Weber) Grover.
Ken graduated from high school in Gibson City, Illinois. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Ken worked as a meat cutter.
Ken enjoyed fishing, was a devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears, and he loved playing Euchre at family gatherings. He was deeply loved and will be missed by many.
Ken is survived by his siblings, Jan Gilberto of Milwaukee, WI, Marilyn (Al) Kemeza of Newnan, GA, Joan Grover of Kokomo, Dee Adkins of Kokomo, and Dennis (Charlene) Grover of Kokomo; grandson, Keagen Grover of Gibson City, IL; brother-in-law, Richard Wesling of Gas City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jody Grover; brothers, Jerry Grover and Lenny Grover; sister, Pat Wesling; and brother-in-law, Sam Gilberto.
A celebration of Ken's life will be held at a later date with burial taking place in Harvard, IL.
