WABASH, IN- The Wabash City Street Department is beginning its mosquito spraying program on August 13, 2024. Spraying will occur weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Tuesday: Spraying will focus on the south side of Wabash, from Canal Street southward.
- Wednesday: The crew will cover areas north of Canal Street and west of Miami Street.
- Thursday: Spraying will address the remaining areas of the city, north of Canal Street
and east of Miami Street.
Please note that spraying is contingent upon weather conditions. If it's raining, wind speeds exceed 10 miles per hour, or temperatures fall below 50 degrees, the spraying will be postponed.
Residents who wish to opt out of spraying in their area may contact the Street Department at 260-563-3611 to be added to the do-not-spray list. This will ensure that the entire block is excluded
from the spraying schedule.
