Cora Lee Hodge, 89, of North Manchester, Indiana, died at 8:20 am, Friday, September 25, 2026, at Peabody Healthcare Center in North Manchester. She was born on April 16, 1937, in Burnwell, West Virginia, to Allen and Rose (Harless) Copley.

Cora married Kenneth “Kenny” Hodge on August 2, 1958, in Chelyan, West Virginia. They shared more than 50 years together before his death on September 4, 2009. A simple and devoted woman, she embraced her role as a homemaker and lovingly cared for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Tim Hodge and Tammy (James) Troyer both of North Manchester, two grandchildren, Danielle (Tony) Laffoon of Brownsburg, Indiana, and Joshua (Kendall) Troyer of North Manchester, four great-grandchildren, Allison Laffoon, Emma Laffoon, Grace Troyer, and Cameron Troyer, and her sister, Pat Christy of Beckley, West Virginia. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.
