
Amanda Gail Broomfield, 48, of Marion, passed away at 4:59 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, in Marion. She was born in Marion, Indiana, on Saturday, August 26, 1978, to Delman Cole and Eugenia Gail (Boldner) Dudding.
She was a devoted homemaker who found great joy in caring for her home and the people she loved. She enjoyed creating beautiful diamond paintings, tending to her flowers, and spending time in the kitchen cooking for her family. She loved going shopping. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren, making memories that will remain treasured in their hearts. Her love for her family and the warmth she brought to those around her will be remembered and deeply missed.
Survivors include her father, Delman Cole of Rochester, IN; mother, Eugenia Gail Dudding; daughters, Whitney Broomfield of Council Bluffs, IA, Daisha G. Broomfield of Marion, IN; grandchildren, Kia, Kamaree, Kaleel, Legend, Lazaro; sisters, Ivy Cole, Shannon (Joseph) Robeson; brother, Thomas Ensor; grandmother, Evelyn Bolner; step-sister, Abra (Boone) Masuth; aunt, Joann Thomas; and nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Legacy Gayle-Lynn Dils; step-mother, Denise L. Cole; step-father, Larry Dudding; grandmother, Betty Jane Cole; grandfather, Wilbur Cole; aunt, Darlene Rennaker; and nephew, John Earl DaGreat Broomfield.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Amanda’s life will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Curtis Banker officiating.
