Sally Sue Stucky, 70, Gas City, passed away at 7:22 pm on Friday, June 26, 2026, at her home in Gas City. She was born in Decatur, Indiana, on Wednesday, January 25, 1956, to Edward and Willa (Sorgan) Stucky.
Sally graduated from South Adams High School in Berne and worked as an administrative assistant for Marion General Hospital. She was a sports grandma for sure, never missing a game or event of her grandchildren. She loved to shop, her favorite were shoes and purses. She was always the best dressed Grandma at the games.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy Parr of Gas City; son, James (Stephanie) Twigg of Marion; grandchildren, Amiyaa Parr-Inman, Kyser Twigg, Leyton Twigg, Kennedi Yeakle, and Seirra Collins; and aunt, Arleda Sorgan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Willa Stucky; siblings, Tom Stucky, Nancy Stucky, and Mari Jo Stucky-Muselman.
The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2026, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St, Gas City, IN.
Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Sally’s life will begin at 2:00 pm with Kelvin Twigg officiating. Burial will take place at MRE Cemetery, 2494 W 600 S, Berne, IN 46711.
