WABASH COUNTY, IN- On March 9, 2026, Mary Brock, age 42, pled guilty to theft, a level 5 felony, and on May 21, 2026, she was sentenced in the Wabash Circuit Court by Judge Robert R. McCallen III, to 4 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with 1 year suspended to probation.
The allegations in this case were that Mary Brock was an office manager/secretary for a small family-owned business located in Roann, Indiana. Between 2022 and 2024, Ms. Brock stole over $65,000.00 from the business. The case was investigated by the Wabash County Sheriff’s Department.
Wabash County Prosecutor William C. Hartley Jr. represented the State of Indiana and the Defendant was represented by Attorney Jordan Tandy of Wabash, Indiana.
