She was born in Floyd County, Kentucky, on Thursday, November 17, 1949, to Ed and Juanita (Sizemore) Fannin. &nbsp;On September 11, 1967, she married the love of her life, Charles E. Williams in Carlisle, Kentucky. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She graduated from Mason County High School. Connie loved working in her flower garden until her health declined. She and Charlie spent their summers on the Kentucky River.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Survivors include her sisters, Mary A. Gary, Janet (Jeff) Gunnell, Karen Williams, Cora Ann Fannin, Donna Jean Fannin; brothers, Russell (Lisa) Fannin, Hank Fannin; nephews, Jeff, Mike, Josh, Jacob, Robby; and nieces, Scarlett, Shelly, and Linda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Juanita Fannin; husband, Charles E. Williams; sisters, Wanda Fannin, Janet Blake; sister-in-law, Pon Fannin; brother-in-law, Shelby Williams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral &amp; Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E.
