During the 2026 legislative session, the General Assembly passed&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.des05.com\/t\/49433463\/1676493225\/108297554\/0\/60330\/?x=b1615ca1\">Senate Enrolled Act 4<\/a>, which I supported, allowing the state to augment funds from the Financial Responsibility and Opportunity Growth (FROG) Fund for the CCDF program.
