Kids Adventure Camp program will be a weeklong camp, June 15th to 19th,<br>aboard Trolley No.85. Each day of camp is thoughtfully designed to provide hands-on<br>learning experiences that introduce students to the natural resources, industries, history,<br>and career pathways that shape Wabash County.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trolley No.85 will pick up at the Welcome Center at 8:30 AM sharp every morning and<br>drop off at the Welcome Center at 12:30 PM. Have your kiddo join Visit Wabash County<br>for a week fi led with exploring Wabash County through hands-on activities, farm visits,<br>and outdoor adventures, connecting campers to the rural communities that shape<br>Wabash County, fostering curiosity, appreciation, and a love for the land. The<br>week-long program is limited to 25 kids with a ticket price of $50 and 3 adult chaperone<br>tickets, with a ticket price of $100 per rider. The age range is 7 to 12 years old. All adult<br>volunteers and chaperones must pass a background check. Thanks to our Champion<br>sponsor, Bowen Health, youth tickets are 50% off this year.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAt Bowen Health, we believe in supporting the whole health of our<br>community\u2014including creating opportunities for kids to grow, learn, and feel<br>connected,\u201d said Kim Shininger, community engagement director at Bowen Health.<br>\u201cThis camp is a wonderful way to inspire confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging<br>to the children of our community.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start the week off by meeting Jennifer, Stephanie, and Daisy at the Welcome Center,<br>home of Trolley No.85 in downtown Wabash. Monday morning, explore Indiana\u2019s<br>wildlife in Somerset with fishing, hiking, medicinal plant identification, and more. On<br>Tuesday, learn about mining at West Plains Mining in Richvalley, with an underground<br>tour to get a close look into the process, then head to Bass &amp; Bucks for an interactive<br>lesson about archery. On Wednesday, enjoy a picnic in a round barn, see a working<br>windmill and covered bridge, then visit with the Wabash City Street Department and<br>Wabash City Police Department to learn more. On Thursday take a tour of Kipster (MPS<br>Eggs) and learn more about chickens and eggs, get a history lesson at North<br>Manchester Center for History and take a fun dive into Wabash County agriculture &amp;<br>interesting history. Round out the week in Lagro and Wabash with a tour of the Wabash<br>Courthouse with Mr. Woodward, an interactive lesson about horses at Reins and<br>Rainbow Equine &amp; guided creek exploration at Hathaway Preserve at Ross Run.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are incredibly grateful to our amazing sponsors\u2014 Bowen Health, West Plains Mining<br>LLC, American Legion Post 15, Ford Meter Box, J.M.
