During the encounter, the suspects used firearms to threaten the individual, discharged weapons, and forcibly took cash and firearms before leaving the victim on the roadside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Law enforcement officers quickly developed suspect information and located a vehicle matching the description near a residence in Marion. With the assistance of the Marion Police Department, all three suspects were taken into custody without further incident.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following individuals were arrested:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skyler Wayne Gifford, 19, Marion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft (Misdemeanor)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft of a Firearm (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert Eugene Bodkins IV, 20, Marion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft (Misdemeanor)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft of a Firearm (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Male Juvenile, Age 17<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Deadly Weapon (Level 3 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft of a Firearm (Level 6 Felony)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Theft (Misdemeanor)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This remains an active investigation.
