{"id":98578,"date":"2026-03-09T14:48:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T18:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masterzradio.net\/?p=98578"},"modified":"2026-03-09T14:48:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T18:48:36","slug":"indiana-state-police-enforcement-bureau-statistics-for-january-and-february-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masterzradio.net\/?p=98578","title":{"rendered":"Indiana State Police Enforcement Bureau Statistics for January and February 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<!--AUTO-AD-BEFORE-->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block\"\n        data-ad-format=\"fluid\"\n        data-ad-layout-key=\"-gw-3+1f-3d+2z\"\n        data-ad-client=\"0531879237494766\"\n        data-ad-slot=\"5600453644\"><\/ins>\n    <script>(adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});<\/script>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IN- The Enforcement Bureau of the Indiana State Police oversees the traffic enforcement efforts of the Troopers assigned to the 14 State Police Districts throughout Indiana.\u00a0 Among their primary missions is helping to provide safe environments on our roadways for everyone.<br><br>As a result of strategic enforcement efforts, Troopers throughout Indiana documented the following statistics from January 1-February 28, 2026.<br><br><br><strong>Traffic Stops &#8211; 72,388<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30,400 traffic citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>59,115 traffic warnings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>733 drunk driving arrests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3,234 criminal arrests (traffic related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,087 criminal arrests (non-traffic related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,088 seatbelt citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>309 distracted driving citations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>537 distracted driving warnings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crashes Investigated \u2013 3,083<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal injury crashes \u2013 473<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatal crashes &#8211; 16<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Troopers often happen upon or are dispatched to assist with disabled vehicles. These calls include flat tires, mechanical issues, vehicles stuck or are out of fuel.
