Trooper Andrew Baldwin and other members of the Indiana State Police Peru District and the Miami County Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to the area. Upon arrival, a 2021Toyota Tundra driven by Devin R. Crochet, age 31, from Muskegon, MI., fled the scene and led officers on a pursuit throughout Miami County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Toyota fled from officers for several miles while reaching speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour, almost striking vehicles on US 31. The vehicle ultimately came to a stop on County Road 400 West. Mr. Crochet was safely taken into custody without further incident. During the course of the investigation, Trooper Andrew Baldwin gathered information leading him to believe Mr. Crochet was under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Crochet also had multiple felony warrants out of Louisiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of the pursuit and ensuing investigation, Crochet was preliminarily charged as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Devin R.
