This FREE program is<br>presented with support from Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Services and Bob Evans<br>Restaurant, which supplies free coffee and breakfast treats.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">March 5th @ 10AM: Paddling the Ohio by Richard Beamer<br>Kicking off the series in March, we are delighted to welcome Richard Beamer as he<br>shares about his 2001 adventure traveling by canoe more than 150 miles down the<br>Ohio River. During the trip, Richard communicated his experience with his 5th<br>grade class via email and a digital camera.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">April 2nd @ 10AM: The School Song Project by Reta Williams<br>For April\u2019s Parlay, Reta Williams will share her work on the School Song Project, a<br>quest to find and preserve the fight songs of Indiana high schools that were closed<br>due to consolidation. Of 718 schools, she has found more than 550 fight songs. Of<br>note, Reta is still searching for two Wabash County schools: The Chippewa Indians<br>and the Lincolnville Gold Bugs.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">May 7th @ 10AM: Unique Eateries of Indiana by Carrie Steinweg<br>Concluding the spring lineup, Carrie Steinweg will share about her experiences<br>writing the book \u201cUnique Eats and Eateries of Indiana\u201d. Join us as she takes guests<br>on a journey through some of the Hoosier State\u2019s most interesting diners,<br>restaurants, people and stories behind the food.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thursday Parlays are free but RSVPs are encouraged via the museum&#8217;s website. This<br>series provides an opportunity to engage with the local community through<br>storytelling and history.
