Nicodemus, 74, of Marion, passed away at 8:47 pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Marion Health in Marion. He was born in Marion, Indiana, on May 4, 1951, to Richard and Maxine (Colsten) Nicodemus. He married Marcia (Briner), who survives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">William graduated from Marion High School and spent his career working for Thomson Consumer. He loved to fish and had a deep affection for animals. A skilled craftsman, he enjoyed making custom knives and took pride in the creativity and care he put into each one. William was a loving husband, a great friend, and truly a great guy. He faced liver cancer and leukemia with quiet strength and courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is survived by his wife, Marcia Nicodemus, and his brother, Shawn Nicodemus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Nicodemus, and his mother, Maxine Nicodemus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At William\u2019s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral &amp; Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memories may be shared online at www.nswcares.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To send flowers to the family of William B.
