Senior Trooper Reason stopped a 2020 Jeep for speeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While speaking with the driver, Senior Trooper Reason smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The passenger was identified as Jamir J. Dangerfield, 19, from Lincoln, IL. The vehicle was also occupied by three additional occupants, (Leighanna, E. Allbritton, 19, Normal, IL), (Aerius A. Crenshaw, 18, Normal, IL), and a juvenile. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a subsequent vehicle search, officers on scene located suspected cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, fentanyl, heroin, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and firearms. Dangerfield, Allbritton, and Crenshaw were taken into custody and transported to the Grant County Jail. The juvenile was remanded to the Muncie Juvenile Detention Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All four (4) subjects were arrested and preliminary charged with: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dealing in Methamphetamine \u2013 Level 2 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealing in Cocaine \u2013 Level 2 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Methamphetamine \u2013 Level 3 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Cocaine \u2013 Level 3 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealing in a Controlled Substance \u2013 Level 5 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dealing in Marijuana \u2013 Level 6 Felony<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Controlled Substance \u2013 A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Marijuana \u2013 B Misdemeanor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Paraphernalia \u2013 C Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preliminary weights are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Methamphetamine- 1 pound<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocaine- 46 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marijuana- 3 pounds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fentanyl- 34 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heroin- 4 grams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlled Substances- 38 grams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The substances will be sent to the Indiana State Police Laboratory for an exact determination of weight and composition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senior Trooper Reason was assisted at the scene by other troopers from the Peru District and the Grant County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/masterzradio.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/ISP-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-97619\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<!--AUTO-AD-AFTER-->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;text-align:center\"\n        data-ad-format=\"autorelaxed\"\n        data-ad-client=\"0531879237494766\"\n        data-ad-slot=\"9212395598\"><\/ins>\n    <script>(adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});<\/script>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GRANT COUNTY, IN \u2013 On January 16, 2026, shortly after 11:30 a.m., Senior Trooper Jesse Reason was patrolling the area of I-69 near the 270 mile-marker.
