Brown, 77, of Wabash, Indiana, died at 9:57 pm, Friday, December 19, 2025, at Parkview Wabash Hospital. She was born on January 28, 1948, in Wabash, to Robert V. and Dortha Marie (Bryant) Hiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christine was a 1966 graduate of Wabash High School. She married Robert Brown at the Wabash Christian Church on July 24, 1966. Christine was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. She worked for Dr. Frischman, Smith Furniture, and also Pathfinders, all of Wabash, but her passion was her seamstress work. She was the seamstress and costume designer for Wabash Area Community Theater, Southwood High School, and L.H. Carpenter Elementary School, all in Wabash. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Robert to all of his band performances, and had a large thimble collection that gave her pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is survived by her husband, Robert Brown of Wabash; two sons, Christopher Brown of Andrews, Indiana, and Justin Corey Brown of Wabash; five grandchildren, Amanda (Mike) Chapman, Aaron Brown, Nathan Brown, Victoria Brown, and Kaitlyn Brown; five great grandchildren; and her sister, Betty Howard of Wabash. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Larry Hiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Funeral services will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Rev. Ron Zorn officiating. Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery, Marion.
