She was born on July 5, 1962, in Tipton, Indiana, to Charles and Juanita (Lundy) Price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynthia graduated from Tri-Central High School and Ivy Tech. She worked as a phlebotomist for many years at Tipton Memorial Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynthia had a vibrant personality and a love for life. She enjoyed singing and was a regular at karaoke nights. A talented writer, she even had one of her poems published. She cherished time with her family, loved cooking, and was known for her playful sense of humor. Cynthia was a devoted coffee drinker, a giver of heartfelt advice, and a fan of crime documentaries. Above all, she was a caring soul who looked after those around her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is survived by her sons: Justin (Lisa) Finch of Elwood, IN; Derrick Finch; and Zach (Amanda) Finch of Atlanta, IN; sisters: Kathy (Tim) Rood, Sheri Kirkpatrick, and Joanie (Billy) Rood; grandchildren: Deva, Julia, Cheyenne, MaRyan, Gabe, and Julian Finch; great-grandchild: Luna Finch; 10 nieces and nephews, 22 great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew; and first husband, Randy Finch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Juanita Price, and her husband, Robert Pickard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Cynthia\u2019s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arrangements have been entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral &amp; Cremation Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E.
