Tyson, 67, a lifetime resident of Wabash, Indiana passed away at 3:29 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on February 10, 1958, in Wabash, Indiana to Richard and Shirley (Farmer) Parker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara married Charles L. Tyson on February 10, 1981. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, doing puzzles, and sewing. Barbra loved her cat, but most of all her family.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barbara is survived by her husband, Charles Tyson of Wabash, Indiana; two sons, Andy (Erica) Tyson and Joe (Chastidy) Tyson, both of Wabash, Indiana; two grandchildren, Nika Tyson and Elin Tyson, both of Wabash, Indiana; one brother, Donald Parker of Indianapolis, Indiana; six sisters, Helen (Ronnie) Hile of North Manchester, Indiana, Grace Parker of Wabash, Indiana, Rosie (Steven) Hartley of Marion, Indiana, Louise (Paul) Jones of Indianapolis, Indiana, Shirley Loges of Buffalo, Indiana, and Roseanna Lackey of Peru, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Richard Parker, and two sisters, Dorothy Skinner and Mary Rose.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, with Pastor John Cook officiating at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992.
