She was born on June 1, 1959, in Wabash, Indiana, to Jesse and Elizabell (Fooley) Case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belinda married Howard Dewayne Osborne in Wabash on April 16, 1982; he died May 28, 2025. In her younger years Belinda enjoyed doing artwork. Upon her marriage, she put her own hobbies and interests to the side and took over the role of being a wife and a mother. She was a devoted wife for 43 years to her loving husband, Howard. Belinda also enjoyed watching soap operas on tv, and loved spending time with her children and granddaughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is survived by her two children, Joe (Samantha) Osborne and Jessica Osborne both of Wabash, granddaughter, Isabelle Black of Wabash, sister, Brenda Story, and five brothers; Leon Case, Dennis Case, Steve Case, Leo Case, and Larry Case. She is also survived by additional family which she helped raise, Stephanie Selleck, and her daughters; Emma, Lyla, and Charlotte.
