He was born in Marion, Indiana, on Wednesday, May 24, 1961, to Chester Jones and Nova Mae (Reel) Kingery. &nbsp;He married the love of his life, Sharyl Kanedy, who survives. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian graduated from Marion High School and was a truck driver with J Trans and SHF Trucking. He owned and operated BoDawg Express for the last five years. He was a proud member of The Black Hatchets MC in Marion and had a lifelong passion for motorcycles. He found joy and freedom on the open road, both as a rider and a dedicated truck driver. Above all, Brian cherished his family--especially the time spent with his beloved grandchildren. His heart belonged to his babies, his trucks, and his bikes, and he lived every day with love and loyalty to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Survivors include his wife, Sharyl Kanedy of Gas City; children, Kristy Habiby of Indianapolis, Daniel (Megan Warren) Kanedy of Marion, Samantha (Chad) Holzinger of Huntington, and Megan Ball of Van Buren; grandchildren, Sophia, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Alannah, Chrystopher, Gracyn, Nova, Amaya, Steven, Karlie, Logan, Brooklynn, and Kalena; siblings, Willa Dean (Jessie) Jones, Nora Ruth Jones, Loretta (Barry) Roach, Christian Joy Jones, and Pamela (Rock) Donley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and his beloved dog and best friend, Bo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was preceded in death by his father, Chester Jones; mother, Nova Mae Kingery; son, Michael Dean Kanedy; sisters, Flora Porter, Mary Franklin, Gwyn Reel, and Faye Perez; and brother, Gary Reel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral &amp; Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N.
