During the incident, officers encountered an armed subject, and one officer discharged their firearm. The subject survived and was later taken into custody.<br><br>Last week, Marco Anguiano was sentenced to 29 years at the Indiana Department of Correction after being found guilty by a jury of the following charges:<br><br>1.Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon \u2013 Level 4 Felony\u00a0<br><br>2. Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon \u2013 Level 5 Felony\u00a0<br><br>3. Pointing a Firearm at Another \u2013 Level 6 Felony\u00a0<br><br>4.
