These services offer structured debriefings to help first responders cope with the psychological effects of high-stress situations.\u00a0 \u00a0The law changes Indiana code so that any first responder using a CISM debriefing is not compelled to disclose those conversations in a civil, criminal or administrative proceeding.<br><br>Another\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.des05.com\/t\/48123875\/1676493225\/106446014\/0\/60330\/?x=db59c551\">new law<\/a> addresses a newer threat that public safety officials face on the job \u2013 illegal signal jamming devices. These devices block electronic communications to confuse security systems and evade law enforcement.
