She was born on July 5, 1950, in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, to Willard and Ival (Wallace) Lyons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darleena married Neil Anderson in Grundy, Virginia on January 24, 1984. She worked as the deli\/bakery manager at Clark's Finer Foods in Wabash from 1981-2004, and as a CNA at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, and Bickford Cottage in Wabash, retiring in 2011. Darleena enjoyed cooking, collecting dolls, cookie jars, and rocks, and especially loved her family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is survived by her husband, Neil Anderson of Wabash; two daughters, Tammy (Chris) Miller of Peru, Indiana, and Beverly (John) Griffith of Wabash; five grandchildren, Billie Faust and Meagan Nelson, both of Wabash, Kristen Nelson of Indianapolis, Indiana, Brianna (Jordan Ream) Walters of Kokomo, Indiana, and Kassidy Burton of Peru; three sisters, Tammy, Mary, and Anne; and her dog Duke.
