The caller requested that there be no radio traffic about the call, as McColley listens to all traffic because of his position on the fire department.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police say they arrived at the home and spoke with the caller, who said the victim had recently disclosed that McColley had been touching her inappropriately since December 2024.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The child said the last time the abuse happened was two weeks prior.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Investigators spoke with a woman who allegedly told police that McColley\u2019s father sent her husband a \u201cstory\u201d about the sexual abuse of a child via the app Signal back in April, court documents say.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The woman described the story to police, which appeared to mirror the abuse McColley\u2019s victim was facing.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">McColley is facing three felony charges of child molesting.
