With a focus on long-term sustainability, awarded funds are intended to be distributed and used over several years.\r\n\r\nThe Foundation is particularly interested in projects that address the following priority areas:\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Obesity, physical inactivity, nutrition, and chronic disease education and prevention\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Supporting healthy families\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Expanding health services\r\n\r\n\u00b7 Mental health and increasing access to mental health services\r\n\r\nInterested applicants are invited to submit a brief overview of their project for initial review. This request for proposal must be submitted by August 15, 2025.
