Law enforcement officers deployed stop sticks to safely disable the fleeing vehicle. Tedder ultimately stopped at a residence on East South G Street in Gas City and fled on foot into the home.\r\n\r\nA perimeter was quickly established, and a K9 unit was deployed to search the area. The residence was cleared with consent from the occupant, and it was determined Tedder had exited through the back door prior to law enforcement\u2019s arrival. Four children were present in the home during the incident.\r\n\r\nA search of the vehicle revealed suspected methamphetamine, a syringe, a meth pipe, a torn baggie with residue, and a straw containing a white powdery substance.
