The acquisition, which was first announced on January 25, <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid63\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2024, was completed on April 25, 2025 following shareholder and regulatory approval. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid64\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"page85R_mcid64\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The combined institution will retain the Beacon Credit Union name and charter. Former MSSB employees will become <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid65\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">employees of Beacon, and the three MSSB branches will continue to operate as Beacon Member Centers along with its LPO <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid66\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">located in Louisville, KY. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"page85R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Beacon\u2019s acquisition of MSSB marks its first acquisition of a community bank and continues its strategic expansion into <\/span><\/span><span id=\"undefined\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page85R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">southern Indiana. With the acquisition complete, Beacon now has 22 Member Centers located throughout Indiana.
