Engineering &amp; Planning Director Mike Graft explained, \u201cThe splash pad will\r\nactually be open by the end of August, with minor touch ups happening into\r\nSeptember.\u201d Renderings provided by the City of Marion and partners are included as additional\r\npages in this press release (3 images). Mayor Ronald Morrell, Jr. said, \"We are excited to enhance our Riverwalk and\r\nRiver District with the addition of the Splash Pad.
