Through investigative efforts, it was discovered that Jason Fitch, a wanted fugitive, had been impersonating a registered sex offender, Khyle Judge, to avoid arrest on multiple outstanding warrants in Indiana.\r\n\r\nIt was reported to the Grant County Sex Offender Registry that Khyle Judge, a registered sex offender from Michigan who has warrants for his arrest in Michigan, may have been residing at a home in Marion, Indiana, without properly registering. Further investigation uncovered a case of identity deception, revealing that the individual claiming to be Judge was actually Jason Fitch, a wanted fugitive in Indiana.\r\n\r\nJason Fitch (WANTED in Indiana for multiple offenses):\r\n\r\nTheft \u2013 Allen County, IN\r\nNon-Support of a Dependent Child \u2013 Steuben County, IN\r\nDomestic Battery \u2013 Steuben County, IN\r\nMultiple Failure to Appear Warrants \u2013 Gas City Court, Marion City Court\r\n\r\nAs a result of the investigation, a felony warrant for Identity Deception has been requested for Jason Fitch. The Grant County Sheriff's Office is actively working to locate Jason Fitch and urges the public to report any sightings or information about his whereabouts.\r\n\r\nThe Grant County Sheriff's Office reminds the community that harboring or aiding a fugitive is a criminal offense.
