Norris, age 61, allegedly had improper contact with a juvenile in Cass County.\r\n\r\nAt the conclusion of the investigation, the case was presented to the Cass County Prosecutor\u2019s Office.\u00a0 Ultimately, an arrest warrant and search warrant were obtained for Mr. Norris and his residence. Officers located Mr. Norris at his residence, and Trooper Chad Babbs safely took him into custody.\r\n\r\nOnce taken into custody, Mr. Norris was served the search warrant for his residence. After a subsequent search, officers located multiple electronic devices, suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.\r\n\r\nAt the conclusion of the investigation, he was incarcerated in the Cass County Jail.\r\n\r\nArrested and Charges:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Jerry B.
